Caller: apparently HMRC

This is a call from HMRC informing me about a criminal case against me and I was about to be arrested - got very cross when I asked what the content of the criminal proceedings - gave me a case number and her ID. As far as I am aware, HMRC would never phone me - trying to phone them is like breaking into Fort Knox - she put down the phone on me in quite a huff
