They messaged saying Auspost: Courier delivery run undertaken Our local courier attempted parcel drop-off at 09:04 on 22nd May. We could not get any response from the recipient during working hours, which meant the parcel could not be signed and received. Your goods are safely kept at the local official postal depot.

You have two optional solutions: 1. Reschedule a new home delivery to your registered address 2. Collect your parcel personally at the nearby postal branch
Reply "Y", exit and reopen this message to enter official service access. Parcel storage service will end on 24th May. No storage extension is permitted. Unclaimed parcels will be sent back to the original sender automatically without extra notice.
