I have on a number of occasions received calls from this 0161 884 3143 number, my telephone has call blocker/ announcer, but this goes straight to call blocker, do you know who this number belongs to, if so I would be obliged if you would inform me who it is. I do not want to call this number, because of all the scammers and scum trying to cheat people.

I called back number 0161 884 3143 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
